Our Certification Trainings
Livence Mental Health is a professional training institution accredited by the PRC–CPD Council for Psychology (CPD Accreditation No. PSYCH-2025-075) and The CPD Group UK (Accreditation No. 789016).
While our certification programs do not automatically carry CPD credit units, they are designed to align with the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Act. As such, these certifications have a defined validity period and require renewal through participation in at least one of our CPD-accredited training programs.
Certificates issued under these certification programs may be submitted to the CPD Accreditation System (CPDAS) as self-directed learning, subject to evaluation and approval by the appropriate CPD Council.
CPD credit unit approval is determined solely by the Professional Regulation Commission through the appropriate CPD Council.
Importantly, our certification training programs do not constitute licensure and do not authorize the provision of psychotherapy, counseling, or any trauma-focused clinical interventions. Instead, they prepare practitioners to operate within their scope of practice, refer individuals to qualified mental health professionals when necessary, and contribute to reducing stigma and barriers to trauma-related support.

Certified Trauma Support Practitioner (CTSP)
The Certified Trauma Support Practitioner (CTSP) program equips mental health and helping professionals with foundational competencies in trauma-informed support, crisis response, and ethical trauma care. It emphasizes practical skills for recognizing trauma responses, ensuring psychological safety, and providing appropriate support within one’s professional scope, with clear pathways for referral when specialized intervention is required.

Certified Trauma-Informed Educator (CTIEd)
The Certified Trauma-Informed Educator (CTIEd) program is designed for teachers, school leaders, and education professionals to integrate trauma-informed principles into classroom management, student engagement, and school systems. It focuses on creating safe, inclusive, and responsive learning environments that support students’ emotional regulation, behavior, and academic functioning without positioning educators as clinicians.

Certified Psychological Safety Practitioner (CPSP)
The Certified Psychological Safety Practitioner (CPSP) program prepares professionals to promote psychological safety in organizations, workplaces, and teams. It covers risk identification, supportive communication, mental health-responsive policies, and trauma-informed organizational practices, enabling practitioners to contribute to healthier work environments while aligning with ethical, legal, and occupational standards.
