Cancellation Policy

Psychological consultations at Livence Center for Psychotraumatology must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in-person. A non-refundable reservation fee of PHP 1,000.00 shall be made through our payment channels. A confirmation and reminder will be sent 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the session to avoid any inconvenience. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session, and arrivals exceeding 30 minutes without notice may be considered a missed appointment and charged accordingly. Full payment is required to confirm the booking, and client confidentiality is strictly upheld in compliance with data protection policies. One of our representatives will send you our payment channels via the contact details that you have provided us.
